Senior Congress leader P Chidambaram on Monday said that the nation is "gratified" to know that suggestions by former PM Manmohan Singh on the COVID-19 situation were accepted by the Centre. He also suggested that the government provide funds to the manufacturers of the two India-made vaccines and urgently invoke the provision of compulsory licensing the vaccines.
