As usual roads are dug to lay cables . But the soil is dumbed on footpath. It is a very busy road as its a commercial area near Sakinaka metro. Thousands of people use the footpath. But BMC thinks citizens can fly also. Hence dumbed all the waste on the footpath. Guess waiting for an accident to happen and then take some steps.
