As dense fog engulfed parts of Delhi, at least 20 trains to capital are running later due to fog and low visibility. And also delay due to rasta-roko dharna in Rajasthan by the Gujjars.

Meanwhile the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of dense fog in North India including Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh over next two days.
