An FIR has been registered against the members of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal for taking out a Hanuman Jayanti rally without permission in Delhi's Jahangirpuri, where violence was reported. "One accused person has joined the investigation," DCP (North West) Usha Rangnani said. The other two processions in Jahangirpuri area had due permission.
