An FIR has been registered against senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh over a tweet on the Khargone violence that broke out during a Ram Navami procession. Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan criticised Singh and termed his tweet a conspiracy to spread religious frenzy in the state. MP Home Minister Narottam Mishra had warned Singh of a legal action.
