Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman left the Ministry of Finance building carrying Union Budget 2020-21 in 'bahi khata'. Sitharaman will meet President Ram Nath Kovind along with her team and attend a Cabinet meeting before presenting the budget. She broke the tradition of carrying budget in a leather briefcase and carried the 'bahi khata' for the first time last year.
