The Crime Investigation Department of Andhra Pradesh Police filed the chargesheet in the Rs 114-crore AP Fibernet Scam case in the Vijayawada ACB Court, naming TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu as the main accused.
Besides Naidu, the CID named V Hari Krishna Prasad, managing director, Net India, Hyderabad and K Sambasiva Rao, IRTS officer, as the other accused persons, the CID said in a statement.
