The suspect involved in former US President Donald Trump's attempted assassination has been identified as Thomas Matthew Crooks, the Federal Bureau of Investigation said in a statement on Sunday.
According to the FBI, the 20-year-old is the "subject involved" in the attempted assassination of the former President at a Republican rally in Pennsylvania's Butler.
Thomas Matthew Crooks was a resident of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. He was killed by US Secret Service officers at the Butler rally, agency's spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi said.
