Alka Lamba, former AAP MLA from Chandni Chowk, joined the Congress on Saturday in the presence of the party's Delhi unit in-charge P C Chacko. The joining ceremony was held in Chacko's office at the AICC headquarters here. Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel had on September 19 disqualified Lamba from the House. Lamba represented the Chandni Chowk Assembly seat, which has been vacated following her disqualification.
