The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is likely to register a fresh case against Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor, his wife and Gautam Thapar who is the promoter of Avantha Realty.
The case is reportedly in connection to the alleged suspicious deal between Thapar's Avantha Realty and Kapoor, where his wife Bindu Rana Kapoor through her company Bliss Abode Pvt Ltd acquired a prime property in Lutyens, Delhi.
