The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Thursday took notice of alleged Model Code of Conduct (MCC) violations by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The poll panel sought the replies from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress by 11 am on April 29.
