The ECI is holding press conference at Vigyan Bhavan, the media updated on the functionality and flawlessness of EVMs. Chief Election Commissioner Nasim Zaidi says, national and state parties have time till May 26 to register for the challenge. He said EC could not give guarantee for a machine that had its internal circuits changed, it becomes a look-alike machine.
