The Election Commision has issued a show cause notice to Punjab minister and Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu for his personal references against PM Narendra Modi at a rally. Sidhu has been asked to reply by 6 pm tomorrow. Sidhu had accused PM Modi of being a "traitor", and alleged corruption in the Rafale deal.
