The Election Commission (EC) on Thursday issued a notice to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct over his promise to build a mohalla clinic in a court complex. The BJP had filed a complaint with the EC in this regard. The EC also directed Kejriwal to submit his reply by Friday.
