Earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi and adjoining areas on Thursday. According to the details, the earthquake hit Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.Tremors were also felt in the South of the Pir Panchal region. There were no immediate reports of any loss of life, or damage to property due to the earthquake
Earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi and adjoining areas on Thursday.
According to the National Center for Seismology, the epicentre of the magnitude 6.1 earthquake was near Afghanistan.
The tremors were felt at 2.50 pm, it said.
Tremors were also felt in Pakistan's Lahore, and in parts of Jammu and Kashmir, including in Poonch.
There were no immediate reports of any loss of life, or damage to property due to the earthquake.
