A 40-year-old passenger was booked for allegedly attempting to open the emergency door flap midair of a Delhi-Bengaluru IndiGo flight. The airline, in an official statement, said that the person was in an inebriated state.
As per the release, the incident took place on Friday, at 7:56 am aboard flight number 6E 308.
It may be noted that airline crew members, before the flight generally takes off, lay down regulations for a safe journey which also include clear instructions about the emergency exit.
