A “national no-fly list” draft rules has been released by the Centre for unruly passengers for all domestic carriers, proposing a ban on flying from three months to an indefinite period. The move comes after Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad hit an Air India staffer. Unruly passengers will be identified after an inquiry by committee constituted by that particular airline.
