President Donald Trump is "not yet out of the woods" in his battle against coronavirus, his doctor said on Saturday night, but added that the medical team was "cautiously optimistic". Dr Sean Conley said Mr Trump had been working on Saturday afternoon and was given a second dose of remdesivir, the experimental drug. He also said the President remained fever free and off supplemental oxygen, and had been "up and moving about the medical suite without difficulty". "President Trump continues to do well, having made substantial progress since diagnosis," Dr Conley said. "While not yet out of the woods, the team remains cautiously optimistic." It came shortly after Mr Trump posted a video on Twitter in which he thanked Americans for their support and said he was feeling better.
