The Supreme Court on Friday stayed Allahabad HC order on COVID-19 management in UP, in which it had said that the healthcare system in villages and small cities was 'ram bharose' (at God's mercy). Referring to HC's order on providing oxygen bed facilities at all nursing homes, SC said the former should avoid passing orders that are "not implementable".
