The Gujarat High Court, while delivering an order on poor conditions prevailing in Ahmedabad's Civil Hospital, quoted an anonymous letter by a resident doctor. The letter claimed, "mismanagement" and "irregularities" at the hospital which could turn doctors like him into "super spreaders" of coronavirus. The High Court said the condition of the hospital was "pathetic" and "as good as dungeon".
