The Mughal Gardens will open for public from February 13 and visitors will be allowed entry only through advance online booking, a statement by Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday said. President Ram Nath Kovind will open the annual "Udyanotsav" on February 12, it stated. The Mughal Gardens will remain open between 10 am to 5 pm, the statement added.
