Delhi Police Commissioner SN Shrivastava on Friday issued an order prohibiting "sub-conventional aerial platforms" till August 15 or Independence Day, as part of security measures. These include unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), paragliders, remotely piloted aircraft, hot air balloons, quadcopters or para-jumping from aircraft etc. Violators of the order would be punished under Section 188 of IPC.
