The Delhi High Court on Tuesday rejected a bail application filed by former deputy chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia in connection with the excise policy case, which is being probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Dismissing the plea, the high court observed that bail cannot be granted to Manish Sisodia as the allegations against him were "very serious in nature", and that the excise policy was formed "in conspiracy for undue advantage".
