The Delhi High Court on Monday reserved its order on the pleas filed by NewsClick founder Prabir Purkayastha and its HR head Amit Chakravarty challenging their arrest in a case under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
The bench said the court’s decision on further remand hearings, scheduled for Tuesday, will be subject to its forthcoming orders.
