The Delhi Commission for Women Chairperson Swati Maliwal was allegedly dragged on the road outside AIIMS hospital for 10-20 metres after her hand got stuck in a car’s window and the driver intentionally dragged her on the road, the police said Thursday.
The car driver, Harish Chandra (47), has been apprehended for molestation and voluntarily causing hurt.
