A 35-year-old Dalit man was battling for life after setting himself ablaze in Kotharia village, 10 km from Manavadar in Junagadh district, on Monday.
Jagdish Rathod took the drastic step alleging that he was being threatened of dire consequences by four upper caste people in the village, who suspected him to have tipping off the police about their gambling activities. All four were arrested on Wednesday.
