Responding to allegations of leak of information of 150 million citizens from CoWIN, Dr RS Sharma, the head of the National Health Authority, said that the claim was "baseless". "Health Ministry and Chairman, Empowered Group on Vaccine Administration confirm that claim of so-called hackers...is baseless. We continue to take appropriate steps...to ensure that data of people is safe," Sharma added.
