Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Saturday said that the COVID-19 vaccine will be made available free of cost to all people in the state. "The state government will bear all expenses. We are ready once the Union Health Ministry gets us enough ampoules," he added. He further said that preference will be given to frontline health workers.
