The coverage of first and second COVID-19 vaccine doses is lower than the national average in 11 states and Union Territories, the government said on Friday. These are Odisha, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Puducherry, UP, Meghalaya, Jharkhand, Manipur, Punjab and Nagaland, government data showed. The national average first dose coverage is 88.7% and average second dose coverage is 60.7%.
