Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has said, "It can't be denied that spread of coronavirus in Gujarat was because of the massive public gathering held to welcome US President Donald Trump." Raut is referring to the 'Namaste Trump' event held in February in Ahmedabad. "Some delegates, who accompanied Trump, also visited Mumbai, Delhi, which led to [coronavirus spread]," said Raut.
