Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai on Wednesday said the COVID-19 situation in the state is under control. He added that 2% of international passengers will be randomly tested and teletracking of passengers coming from Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand and South Korea will be carried out. Samples of hospitalised patients who are COVID-19 positive will be sent for genome sequencing, he added.
