A Lakhimpur Kheri court on Tuesday framed charges against Union Minister Ajay Misra's son Ashish Misra and 13 others in connection with the October 2021 violence in which four farmers were killed.
In the court of Additional District Judge Sushil Srivastava, all 13 defendants, including Ashish Misra, were made accused under relevant Sections including murder and attempt to murder. Now a trial will start on the case.
