A Delhi court has framed charges related to attempt to murder and rioting against Shahrukh Pathan, the man who allegedly pointed a gun at a Delhi Police constable during the 2020 Delhi riots. "The constable, in the face of such attack of accused, resolutely stood his ground...even showed his 'danda' in front of a gun-wielding accused," the court stated.
