Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan on Wednesday said that the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in India stand at 28. Of these cases, three patients in Kerala were discharged after they recovered. Further he announced that 14 out of 21 Italian nationals, who were quarantined in ITBP quarantine facility in Chhawla, have been found positive for coronavirus.
