Corona's ayurvedic medicine Emurize, developed by Gujarat University, has been approved for the third clinical trial after the second trial. In the second trial, the results of a trial performed on 40 corona positive patients were effective. The university claims that none of the 40 patients need to be hospitalized after taking the drug.

Prof. Rakesh Rawal (Professor, Department of Life Science)  while monitoring the clinical trial of the entire project, said that the ayurvedic medicine Emurize, formulated by Dr. Akshay Sevak of Junagadh along with Gujarat Univeristy, was approved. The second phase involved a trial of 40 patients. In which the results have been found effective. No patient needs oxygen or hospitalization. All patients reports will be compiled and sent to DGCI.

All people involved in the trial started the drug as soon as they saw symptoms of corona. They had to complete a 15-day course of medicine. While sharing his personal experience with the drug Prof Rakesh Rawal said that I had corona twice, all the members of my household including my 84 year old grandmother were infected with Covid, and we all got recovered with this ayurvedic medicine.
Its production will be considered in the near future after completion of all rounds of clinical trials.

Patients who will consume this drug will have no side effects like Mucormycosis as claimed by Gujarat University. The drug is completely ayurvedic and has no side effects, as it boosts the body's immune system, making it less likely to cause other diseases such as mucormycosis, the university authorities claimed.
