Maken said the central government and Lt Governor had not taken any action on the report despite submission of report before five months. As Lt Governor had the power to sanction prosecution, he added, “If Baijal fails to take action, we will feel they are helping them. We will also go to court if the prosecution sanction is not ordered.”
