Congress workers entered into an altercation with BJP MLA Vishvas Sarang and policemen outside Bhopal's District Panchayat Office on Friday. A video showed Congress MP Digvijaya Singh grabbing a policeman's collar. Condemning the act, Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, "Such…behaviour doesn't suit an ex-CM." Congress workers were protesting over claims that local body polls were rigged.
