Shaktisinh Gohil and Bharatsinh Solanki will be Congress party’s two candidates for Rajya Sabha elections from Gujarat. Both will file nominations tomorrow. Gohil is presently party incharge for Bihar. He is also party’s National spokesperson. Solanki is a son of former Chief Minister Madhavsinh Solanki. Earlier Rajiv Shukla nominate for RS candidate but Shukla faced stiff resistance from party MLAs, as a result, Bharat Singh Solanki got the nomination. Shukla took to twitter and said, “I would like to thank congress president Sonia ji for offering me rajya sabha nomination from Gujarat but currently I am focusing on organisational work so requested her to nominate some other person in my place”
