West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday announced that complete lockdown will be observed in the state on September 7, 11 and 12. Current lockdown measures will remain in place in the state till September 20, she added. "We want Metro Rail services to be resumed by maintaining social distancing norms," she further said.
