Benchmark indices ended flat today, while Nifty ended above 11,000 level. Sensex was down 4.14 points at 36971.09, while Nifty was up 6.90 points at 11069.40. Top gainers are Zee Entertainment, Sun Pharma, Eicher Motors, Bharti Infratel and Bajaj Auto while top losers are JSW Steel, Reliance Industries, L&T, Hindalco and Power Grid. The mid- and small-cap shares outperformed their larger peers as both the BSE mid and small-cap indices rose over 0.7 percent each.
