Yes Bank, Eicher Motors, TCS, Bharti Airtel, and Tata Motors were the top gainers on the Nifty50 index, up between 2-6.5 percent, while Vedanta, Adani Ports, Grasim, Sun Pharma, and HDFC led the losses.
