Chief cleric has been killed and four students are wounded in a bombing at a religious school in northern Parwan province. Deputy governor Shah Wali Shahid says the head of the Parwan clerical council was assassinated in the explosion. He was the main target of the bombing, which took place today at the madrassa in Charakar, the provincial capital.
