At least three Naxalites were killed in an encounter with security personnel in Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh's on Sunday, police said. According to the Inspector General of Police, Bastar Range, Sundarraj P, the gunfight erupted in the morning within the forested region of the Indravati National Park as a joint team of security forces conducted an anti-Naxalite operation.
