Home Minister Amit Shah releases BJP's manifesto titled 'Modi ki Guarantee 2023' for Chhattisgarh Assembly polls.
While releasing the manifesto, Shah said, "I assure the people here that we will make Chhattisgarh a fully developed state in the coming five years."
