Film producer and writer Rakesh Bharti has filed a copyright violation case against Deepika Padukone, other producers and director of her upcoming movie Chhapaak. Bharti alleged the film is based on a script he wrote. He added that he even registered the film under the title 'Black Day' in 2015 and approached actresses like Kangana Ranaut and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
