The Char Dham Yatra 2025 is set to commence on April 30, with the doors of Gangotri and Yamunotri opening to pilgrims. As per the Uttarakhand Tourism Department, over 20 lakh pilgrims have registered online, including many foreign nationals.
But if you missed registering online, there is no need to worry, as offline registration for the pilgrimage has also started today, April 28. 20 free registration counters have been set up in Haridwar to ensure a hassle-free way to join this sacred journey.
Char Dham Yatra 2025: Offline Registration Process
- For offline registration, visit designated counters located at various places, including Haridwar, Sonprayag, Rishikesh, and Barkot.
- Fill out the registration form with all the important details and submit xerox copies of valid ID proofs.
- Submit it at the counter and receive a confirmation slip or card as proof of registration.
Char Dham Yatra 2025: Important Documents
For offline registrations, documents that are required include an original identity card in the form of an Aadhaar card, Voter ID, passport, or driving license, along with their photocopy as well.
Registration is mandatory for all individuals before embarking on the Yatra. Without registration, attending the pilgrimage is not possible; therefore, it is advisable to register for the yatra at any of these offline centres.
