Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, while referring to the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan, on Sunday said the changing equation in the country is a challenge for India. "These situations have forced our country to rethink its strategy," he added. Singh also said that the Defence Ministry is seriously considering the formation of 'Integrated Battle Groups' to fight against enemies.
