The Central Consumer Protection Authority has issued a show cause notice to OLA electric mobility for customer right violation, the company informed the exchange in a filing on Tuesday.
Ola Electric late night on Monday told the stock exchange it had received a show-cause notice from the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) and would file a response within the 15-day deadline.
The company said the notice "wouldn’t impact its financial, operational, or other business activities."
