HT reported the CBI registered a case against a former health secretary of Delhi government for wrongful engagement of private firms for providing security in emergency ward of seven hospitals. CBI conducted searches at Delhi government offices and other locations in the NCR. “Huge loss around Rs 10.50 crore was caused to the government exchequer,” said CBI official.
