Terrorists fired at two migrant labourers working in a brick kiln in J&K's Budgam district, following which one succumbed to his injuries while one is being treated at a hospital, police said. The incident comes hours after a 26-year-old bank manager from Rajasthan named Vijay Kumar was shot dead inside the bank by a terrorist in Kulgam.
